N'siot and godolim
N'siot and Godolim serve as the President of the chapter or region. They are committed to advancing the movement and ensuring the strength of the order. The Presidents oversee the well being of their chapter and guide their chapter boards to ensure the most successful and productive term. Here are some of the responsibilities of a N'siah (BBG) and a Godol (AZA):
- Lead or support all chapter programs
- Give members a platform to grow and succeed
- Through various leadership opportunities
- Work with their board together and individually to accomplish goals
- Represent the chapter and BBYO in a positive manner
- Be a good role model to all members
- Conduct chapter business meetings
- Presiding over chapter elections
- Constant communication with chapter/city staff and Chapter Presidents
