Morim
Morim are the chapter's vice president of recruitment. Morim focus on the recruitment of new members and the retention of existing members. The chapter Moreh (AZA) or Morah (BBG) should be actively be working to grow the network of teens that the chapter reaches. Here are some of their main responsibilities:
- Manage the chapter prospect and member list
- Keep both updated
- Coordinate new member initiatives and programs
- Make chapter phone trees
- Coordinate member retention initiatives and programs
- Educate AITs and MITs on the traditions and history of BBYO
- Work with chapter board to maintain a strong brotherhood or sisterhood within the chapter
- Convert prospects into new members
- Constant communication with Chapter Morim
